Glenkinchie

The Glenkinchie distillery was founded in 1825 by brothers John and George Rate. Named after the glen of the Kinchie Burn in which it lies, it is one of only a handful of Scotland's remaining lowland distilleries.

Glenkinchie is home to Scotland's largest stills, the two copper pots boasting an annual production of 1.3 million litres. The size of these stills contributes to Glenkinchie whisky's distinctive light, floral character.
